歩数がゲームに反映されません
「ヘルスケア」App、または「モーションとフィットネス」の許可を確認してください。どちらか一方が許可されていれば動作します。歩数が煮干しなどに反映されるのは、餌を置いてから 30 分ごとの訪問枠がめぐってきたタイミングです。歩いてすぐには反映されません。
位置情報の許可はいつ必要ですか?
地図タブを開いているときと、「おさんぽ」を開始しているあいだだけです。「常に許可」を求めることはありません。おさんぽ中でなければ位置情報は使いません。
「おさんぽ」はいつ終わりますか?
20 分間動きがないと自動的に終了します。開始してから最長 3 時間で自動的に終了することもあります。もちろん自分で終了することもできます。
データはどこに保存されますか?
お使いの端末と、あなた自身の iCloud プライベートデータベースにのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーは無く、開発者がデータの中身を見ることはできません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
データを削除したいときは?
アプリを削除すれば、端末上のデータは消えます。iCloud 側のデータは、iOS の「設定」→ 自分の名前 → iCloud → アカウントのストレージを管理 → 「てくてくねこ」から削除できます。

My step count isn't showing up
Check that either the Health app or Motion & Fitness permission is allowed — either one alone is enough. Steps are converted into rewards each time a 30-minute visit slot comes around after you've put out food, not instantly as you walk.
When does the app need location access?
Only while the Map tab is open, and only while you have a walk in progress. "Always" access is never requested, and the app does not use location outside of a walk.
When does a walk end?
Automatically after 20 minutes without movement, or automatically after 3 hours at the latest. You can also end it yourself at any time.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device and in your own private iCloud database. There is no developer server, and the developer cannot see the contents. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes the data on your device. To remove the iCloud copy, go to iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → "Tekuteku Neko" and delete it.
